Version v1.0·Effective from 25 Aug 2026·Published 25 Aug 2026
PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY Polaris — Founder, Investor and Trusted Partner Platform Effective Date: 25 August 2026 Last Updated: 25 August 2026 This Payments and Refund Policy explains the payment, subscription, introduction-credit, cancellation, refund and digital-fulfilment rules applicable to paid Polaris services. Polaris is operated by Anjanajyoti Healthtech Private Limited (“Polaris”, “we”, “us” or “our”). 1. Scope This Policy applies to paid Founder memberships, introduction credits and Trusted Partner subscriptions offered through Polaris. Investors may use the platform without a platform fee under the current launch model. All payments and paid services are also subject to the Polaris Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. 2. Launch Payment Provider Position At the launch state described in the completed Polaris Legal Launch Intake Questionnaire, Polaris is intended to use Razorpay as the first live payment provider once approved and configured. Cashfree and other payment gateways may be used if approved and configured. The current payment system remains mock until a live payment provider is approved and activated. No real payment is intended to be collected through the mock payment system. Payment providers may process payment credentials in their own systems. Polaris does not intend to store users' payment card or bank credentials. 3. Founder Membership Plans The questionnaire provides the following Founder membership structure: Standard: INR 0 per month, with up to 3 introductions per day. Silver: INR 1,299 per month, with up to 7 introductions per day. Gold: INR 2,999 per month, with up to 15 introductions per day. A membership plan does not itself include free introduction credits. Founders must purchase introduction credits separately and use those credits for introductions. 4. Introduction Credits One introduction request requires 30 credits. Each credit costs INR 10, making the cost of 30 credits INR 300 per introduction request. Credits are purchased in advance and may be used when an eligible Founder submits an introduction request, subject to the applicable plan limits and platform rules. Credits are not cash, are not transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law or where Polaris expressly determines otherwise. 5. Investor Access Investors are currently permitted to use Polaris without a platform fee. Polaris may revise this position prospectively in accordance with applicable Terms and change-notice requirements. 6. Trusted Partner Subscriptions The completed intake provides the following Trusted Partner subscription structure: Standard: INR 3,000 per month, up to 10 introductions per month. Professional: INR 5,500 per month, up to 25 introductions per month. Enterprise: INR 12,000 per month, unlimited introductions per month. Trusted Partner subscriptions provide listing/introduction entitlements according to the applicable plan. The underlying service relationship is directly between the user and the Trusted Partner; Polaris does not receive a referral fee or revenue share from the Trusted Partner's underlying service. 7. Taxes and Charges Applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, may be added or reflected at checkout and on invoices in accordance with applicable law and the payment provider's configuration. The final amount payable will be the amount displayed at checkout before the transaction is confirmed, together with any legally required tax or fee disclosure. 8. Billing and Automatic Renewal Paid subscriptions are monthly under the current launch structure. Paid subscriptions may automatically renew according to the applicable plan, checkout terms and payment-provider arrangements. Required renewal or charge notices will be provided where required by applicable law. Users are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and sufficient funds for recurring charges. 9. Upgrades and Downgrades A user may upgrade a paid subscription where the applicable platform functionality permits. Under the current launch instructions, downgrades are not permitted during the paid cycle. Any proration, adjustment or additional amount for an upgrade will be determined and disclosed through the applicable checkout/payment flow. 10. Cancellation Under the current launch instructions, cancellation of a paid subscription takes effect immediately. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, subject to the applicable payment-provider process and any legally required rights. The treatment of access, paid entitlements and unused benefits following cancellation is subject to the applicable plan terms, checkout disclosure and mandatory law. Cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund for a payment already successfully made. 11. Failed Payments If a recurring payment fails, the account may remain accessible while paid features or entitlements are restricted, subject to any applicable grace period or legal requirement. The payment provider may retry the transaction according to its applicable procedures. Once a successful payment is received, applicable paid entitlements may be restored according to the plan. 12. General Refund Position Subscription fees and introduction-credit purchases are generally non-refundable. However, Polaris does not exclude refunds or remedies that are required by applicable law or that apply to specific payment failures, duplicate charges or unauthorised transactions. A no-refund rule does not override mandatory consumer, payment, tax or other statutory rights. 13. Subscription Refunds Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged. Exceptions may apply where: a refund is required by applicable law; the same transaction was charged more than once due to a duplicate payment; a payment was unauthorised and the applicable investigation supports a refund; a technical or payment-system failure resulted in a charge without the corresponding entitlement being properly activated; Polaris expressly approves a discretionary refund; or another exception is required under the applicable payment-provider rules or checkout terms. Except where required by law or expressly approved, partial-period refunds are not promised. 14. Introduction Credit Refunds Introduction-credit purchases are generally non-refundable. No refund is ordinarily provided merely because an introduction is declined, expires, is duplicated, relates to an inactive account, or does not result in contact, investment, funding or another commercial outcome. A refund or correction may nevertheless be considered where a duplicate charge, unauthorised transaction, material technical/payment failure or mandatory legal right applies. 15. Introduction Requests An introduction request may remain pending for up to 15 days. The relevant service event occurs when the introduction is submitted through the applicable platform workflow and, where relevant, accepted by the recipient. Polaris does not guarantee recipient acceptance, contact sharing, due diligence, investment, purchase of services or any funding or commercial outcome. The purchase of credits is therefore not a guarantee that an introduction will be accepted or lead to a transaction. 16. Technical Failures and Duplicate Charges Where a payment gateway identifies and automatically reverses or refunds a duplicate or failed transaction, the refund will be handled through the applicable payment provider. If an automatic correction does not occur, the user should contact Polaris and provide sufficient evidence for investigation. Evidence may include a screenshot of the payment deduction, payment-failure message, transaction/reference information and, where reasonably necessary, a bank statement showing the debit. Users should not send full card numbers, CVV codes, OTPs or account passwords. 17. Unauthorised Transactions Users should promptly report transactions they believe were unauthorised to the relevant payment provider and Polaris. Polaris may request transaction details and reasonable evidence to investigate. Any refund will be subject to the outcome of the investigation, payment-provider rules and applicable law. 18. Discretionary Refunds An authorised person of Anjanajyoti Healthtech Private Limited may approve a discretionary refund in appropriate circumstances. A discretionary refund does not create a precedent or entitlement to future refunds. Where a refund is approved, the method and timing may depend on the payment provider and the original payment method. 19. Digital Fulfilment Polaris does not supply physical goods or physical documents. Its services are digital. For subscriptions, fulfilment occurs when the payment provider confirms successful payment and Polaris activates the applicable membership or entitlement. For introduction credits, fulfilment occurs when successfully purchased credits are recorded to the user's account and become available for use. For an introduction request, the relevant platform service event occurs when the introduction is submitted and, where applicable, accepted through the platform workflow. Polaris does not guarantee recipient acceptance or a funding outcome. 20. Invoices and Receipts Payment gateways may issue payment confirmations, receipts or transaction records. Polaris will issue applicable monthly invoices or tax invoices in accordance with its billing process and applicable law. Users should retain payment confirmations and invoices for their own records. 21. Support and Billing Disputes Operational and platform support: support@inpolaris.com Formal legal, privacy and grievance matters: support@anjanajyoti.org Registered office: A-3, Ground Floor, Greater Kailash Enclave 1, New Delhi 110048, India. For billing disputes, provide the transaction/reference information and reasonable evidence of the payment issue. Polaris aims to acknowledge ordinary support requests within 2 business days, subject to applicable circumstances and law. 22. Changes to Pricing and Paid Features Pricing and paid features may change prospectively. Under the current launch instructions, existing paid subscription terms will not be changed mid-cycle except where permitted by the applicable Terms and law. Users should receive notice before the next renewal or charge where required by law or the applicable Terms. Changes will not affect previously purchased credits or paid entitlements except where permitted by the applicable agreement, technical requirements or law. 23. Payment Provider Terms Payments may be subject to the terms, privacy policies, fraud controls and dispute procedures of the applicable payment provider. Polaris may rely on payment-provider records when determining whether a transaction succeeded, failed, was reversed or refunded, subject to correction of demonstrated errors. 24. No Cash or Off-Platform Payment Requirement Users should use the payment methods and checkout mechanisms officially provided by Polaris. Polaris does not require users to transfer payment credentials, OTPs or sensitive banking information directly to Polaris staff. Users should report requests by another user or purported Polaris representative to bypass official payment workflows. 25. Changes to This Policy Polaris may update this Policy when its payment providers, pricing structure, services, legal obligations or refund practices change. Material changes will be notified in advance where reasonably practicable and where required by law. Immediate notice may be provided where necessary for security, legal compliance or urgent operational reasons. English is the launch language for Polaris legal documents and consent screens. Future translations may be added for international markets. Where translations conflict, the English version controls unless applicable local law requires otherwise. 26. Governing Law For Indian users, this Policy is governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer, payment, tax and other statutory rights. Courts in New Delhi, Delhi shall have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law. International users, when accepted in future markets, may be subject to jurisdiction-specific payment, consumer and refund rules. 27. Important Launch Dependencies This Policy is based on the completed Polaris Legal Launch Intake Questionnaire. Before commercial launch, Polaris should confirm: The final live payment provider(s) and their production approval/configuration status. The exact checkout tax and pricing presentation. The final payment-provider refund, dispute and auto-renewal configuration. That no real payment is collected through the mock gateway before a live provider is approved and activated. Any mandatory India-specific consumer, payment and e-commerce disclosures applicable at launch. — End of Payments and Refund Policy —
