COOKIES POLICY Polaris — Founder, Investor and Trusted Partner Platform Effective Date: 25 August 2026 Last Updated: 25 August 2026 This Cookies Policy explains how Anjanajyoti Healthtech Private Limited (“Polaris”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on www.inpolaris.com, inpolaris.com and the associated Polaris web application and routes. 1. What Are Cookies? Cookies are small text files or similar identifiers stored on or associated with a browser or device when a website or application is used. Similar technologies may include local storage, session identifiers, pixels, tags and other technical mechanisms used to recognise a device, maintain a session or operate a service. 2. Our Launch Approach Polaris's current launch position is intentionally limited. The completed legal intake states that no advertising pixels or third-party advertising trackers are approved for launch and that no separate third-party analytics provider is currently approved in the reviewed production code. Polaris may nevertheless use essential technical logs, security logs and operational telemetry where necessary to operate, protect and troubleshoot the platform. 3. Categories of Technologies We May Use 3.1 Strictly Necessary Technologies These technologies are necessary for the platform to function and may support: Account authentication and passwordless OTP sessions. Session management and maintaining a user's authenticated state. Security controls, fraud prevention and abuse detection. Load balancing, service availability and technical operation. Remembering essential service or security settings. Protecting administrative and platform functionality. 3.2 Security and Operational Technologies Polaris may use technical identifiers, logs and similar mechanisms to monitor service health, detect suspicious activity, investigate incidents, maintain audit trails and protect the platform and users. These mechanisms may include timestamps, session identifiers, device or browser information and technical event information reasonably necessary for security and operation. 3.3 Analytics and Performance Technologies No third-party analytics provider is currently approved for launch based on the completed intake. If Polaris introduces analytics or performance tools later, the relevant technologies, purposes, providers and consent requirements will be disclosed and the Privacy Policy and this Cookies Policy will be updated as required. 3.4 Advertising and Tracking Technologies No advertising pixels or third-party advertising trackers are approved for launch. Polaris will not use a user's contact details for marketing merely because the user supplied them during account creation. If advertising, retargeting or other non-essential tracking is introduced in the future, Polaris will disclose the relevant technology and obtain consent where legally required. 4. Why We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies To provide and secure the Polaris service. To authenticate users and maintain sessions. To prevent fraud, abuse, account takeover and unauthorised access. To remember essential settings and support platform functionality. To monitor technical performance, availability and security. To comply with legal, regulatory and audit requirements where applicable. 5. Authentication and OTP Polaris uses passwordless authentication. Cookies or session technologies may be used after OTP authentication to maintain an authenticated session and protect account access. OTP codes themselves are intended to be stored as hashes rather than retained in plaintext. Authentication communications may be handled through approved third-party infrastructure, including WhatsApp/SMS or email providers, as described in the Privacy Policy. 6. Third-Party Services Polaris may use third-party infrastructure that places or accesses technical identifiers as part of providing its services. The launch intake identifies AWS Amplify, MongoDB Atlas, Google Workspace/Gmail and provisional Twilio WhatsApp infrastructure. Payment providers may also operate their own technical mechanisms when their services are used. Third-party providers may have their own cookies, privacy notices and technical policies. Polaris will disclose material third-party tracking where applicable and required by law. 7. Your Choices Because the launch configuration is primarily based on necessary operational and security technologies, disabling certain cookies may prevent parts of Polaris from functioning correctly. Depending on your browser, you may be able to: Block or delete cookies. Configure whether cookies are accepted automatically. Delete existing cookies and site data. Use browser privacy controls or private browsing modes. If non-essential cookies requiring consent are introduced, Polaris will provide an appropriate consent or preference mechanism where legally required. 8. Cookies and Personal Data Cookies and similar technologies may be associated with information that can identify or relate to a user, such as an account identifier, session identifier, device information or technical logs. EEA, UK and US users are not intended to be accepted as commercial users at launch.
