COOKIES POLICY Polaris — Founder, Investor and Trusted Partner Platform Effective Date: 25 August 2026 Last Updated: 25 August 2026 This Cookies Policy explains how Anjanajyoti Healthtech Private Limited (“Polaris”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on www.inpolaris.com, inpolaris.com and the associated Polaris web application and routes. 1. What Are Cookies? Cookies are small text files or similar identifiers stored on or associated with a browser or device when a website or application is used. Similar technologies may include local storage, session identifiers, pixels, tags and other technical mechanisms used to recognise a device, maintain a session or operate a service. 2. Our Launch Approach Polaris's current launch position is intentionally limited. The completed legal intake states that no advertising pixels or third-party advertising trackers are approved for launch and that no separate third-party analytics provider is currently approved in the reviewed production code. Polaris may nevertheless use essential technical logs, security logs and operational telemetry where necessary to operate, protect and troubleshoot the platform. 3. Categories of Technologies We May Use 3.1 Strictly Necessary Technologies These technologies are necessary for the platform to function and may support: Account authentication and passwordless OTP sessions. Session management and maintaining a user's authenticated state. Security controls, fraud prevention and abuse detection. Load balancing, service availability and technical operation. Remembering essential service or security settings. Protecting administrative and platform functionality. 3.2 Security and Operational Technologies Polaris may use technical identifiers, logs and similar mechanisms to monitor service health, detect suspicious activity, investigate incidents, maintain audit trails and protect the platform and users. These mechanisms may include timestamps, session identifiers, device or browser information and technical event information reasonably necessary for security and operation. 3.3 Analytics and Performance Technologies Google Analytics remains globally loaded and is not consent-gated by the Meta Pixel implementation described here. Its consent behaviour and compliance require a separate review. Acceptance or rejection of Meta Pixel does not control Google Analytics. 3.4 Advertising and Tracking Technologies Polaris has implemented Meta Pixel for measurement on public marketing pages. It is designed to load only after a visitor expressly accepts through the cookie preference interface. It is excluded from all /runway-sessions routes, including live webinars. Configured Meta Pixel events are PageView, ViewContent and CompleteRegistration after successful onboarding. Event parameters are not intended to include names, email addresses, phone numbers, startup details or payment information. The browser and Meta may nevertheless receive technical identifiers and event context, potentially including IP address, browser/device details, URL/referrer, timestamps and cookie/Pixel identifiers. Meta may receive this information directly and process it under its own terms and privacy documentation. The Pixel must not load or send events on any /runway-sessions route, including live webinars. Rejecting Meta Pixel should prevent it from loading. Visitors may reopen Cookie Settings to change or withdraw their choice; this should prevent future loading after the preference takes effect. Withdrawal does not automatically remove information already transmitted to Meta. 4. Why We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies To provide and secure the Polaris service. To authenticate users and maintain sessions. To prevent fraud, abuse, account takeover and unauthorised access. To remember essential settings and support platform functionality. To monitor technical performance, availability and security. To comply with legal, regulatory and audit requirements where applicable. 5. Authentication and OTP Polaris uses passwordless authentication. Cookies or session technologies may be used after OTP authentication to maintain an authenticated session and protect account access. OTP codes themselves are intended to be stored as hashes rather than retained in plaintext. Authentication communications may be handled through approved third-party infrastructure, including WhatsApp/SMS or email providers, as described in the Privacy Policy. 6. Third-Party Services Polaris may use third-party infrastructure that places or accesses technical identifiers as part of providing its services. The launch intake identifies AWS Amplify, MongoDB Atlas, Google Workspace/Gmail and provisional Twilio WhatsApp infrastructure. Payment providers may also operate their own technical mechanisms when their services are used. Third-party providers may have their own cookies, privacy notices and technical policies. Polaris will disclose material third-party tracking where applicable and required by law. 7. Your Choices Because the launch configuration is primarily based on necessary operational and security technologies, disabling certain cookies may prevent parts of Polaris from functioning correctly. Depending on your browser, you may be able to: Block or delete cookies. Configure whether cookies are accepted automatically. Delete existing cookies and site data. Use browser privacy controls or private browsing modes. Meta Pixel is a non-essential advertising/measurement technology and is configured to load only after express acceptance. Visitors can reject it or reopen Cookie Settings to change or withdraw their choice. Where applicable law requires prior consent for non-essential storage or device access, Polaris should not load the Pixel before valid consent and should make rejection as accessible as acceptance. 8. Cookies and Personal Data Cookies and similar technologies may be associated with information that can identify or relate to a user, such as an account identifier, session identifier, device information or technical logs. Where such information constitutes personal data under applicable law, it will be processed in accordance with the Polaris Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements. 9. Data Retention Polaris has not confirmed a fixed retention period for Meta Pixel-related information. Retention of data received by Meta depends on Meta's applicable product settings and policies and must be checked before publication. This Policy does not promise a specific Meta retention period. The duration for which cookie-related information is retained depends on its purpose. Session information may expire when a session ends or after a defined inactivity period. Security and audit information may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Backups may retain information until the normal backup rotation or expiry period. 10. International Users Polaris may serve visitors in India, the EU/UK and other supported markets. Cookie and tracking rules vary by jurisdiction. Where EU/UK rules apply, non-essential tracking generally requires valid prior consent; other jurisdictions may impose different notice, consent, opt-out or rights requirements. Polaris should apply the controls required by the visitor's applicable jurisdiction. 11. Changes to This Cookies Policy Polaris may update this Policy when technologies, vendors, features, legal requirements or tracking practices change. Material changes will be notified in advance where reasonably practicable and where required by law. Immediate notice may be provided where necessary for security, legal compliance or urgent operational reasons. English is the launch language for Polaris legal documents and consent screens. Future translations may be added for international markets. Where translations conflict, the English version controls unless applicable local law requires otherwise. 12. Before publication, Polaris should confirm whether any analytics, advertising, consent-management, payment or other third-party tracking technologies have been activated since the intake was completed.
